Hi, I’m Hayley

Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Pelvic Floor Coach

A little bit about me! 

I originally trained as a dancer, which made me very aware of how important an all-round healthy body can be. I then then went on to do my Personal Training and Pilates qualifications with a special interest in mobility training, injury prevention and recovery and pre/ post natal exercise. I have worked 1-on-1 with a broad range of clients for over 6 years as well as running classes in various settings. I take people from where they are to where they want to be, whether that is post rehab, post natal or just a lack of direction and motivation. I believe that mental and physical health and wellbeing go hand-in-hand and I aim to make you the strongest version of yourself.

Together we will focus on the whole package including nutrition, exercise, mindset and lifestyle. Through 1-2-1 sessions and consistent support you will learn how to balance your needs whilst still enjoying life to the fullest. Making it maintainable is key, we are not are not a quick fix but a lifestyle that you can carry forward to support your current and future goals.
